A Night In Andalusia
This cocktail draws inspiration from the salty shores of Jerez in Spain. Where ancient bodegas house barrel upon barrel of sherry. In these Soleras we find a veil of “Flor” that guards the sherry from oxygen until it dies. Insert the oxidation that is Murder On The Dance Floor.
- Barrels are Seasoned with Mezcal and Jamaican Rum
- 1.5 oz Stranahan’s Original
- .75 oz Oloroso Sherry
- .5 oz orange liqueur
- Walnut and Angostura Bitters

The top 6 bartenders with the most votes will compete live at Stranahan’s Distillery on November 14th. Sample cocktails from the city’s best bartenders and cast your vote to crown the Barrel Royale Champion!
